By accessing or using SweepAI (the Service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SweepAI is a cash efficiency analytics platform for Shopify merchants. The Service analyzes payout history, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank balance data to provide cash optimization recommendations. SweepAI is read-only and does not move, transfer, or modify any funds or financial data in your connected accounts.
You must have an active Shopify store to use SweepAI. By connecting your Shopify store, you authorize SweepAI to access your payout data in read-only mode. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
SweepAI connects to third-party services including QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Stripe. All connections use OAuth2 authorization and are read-only. SweepAI does not store your passwords for any third-party service. You may disconnect any integration at any time from the Settings page.
SweepAI accesses your financial data solely to provide cash efficiency analysis and recommendations. We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
SweepAI offers a 60-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, the Service costs $19 per month. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months.
SweepAI provides informational recommendations based on your financial data. These recommendations are not financial advice. SweepAI is not a registered financial advisor, broker, or fiduciary. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information provided by the Service. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making significant financial changes.
SweepAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or financial losses resulting from actions taken based on our recommendations.
You may stop using SweepAI and disconnect all integrations at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
